This is another good question because not all apple device users are using iMessage and I know it is very much surprising but that the truth and I have seen one or two iPhone users that don’t use iMessage simply because the prefer whatsapp to iMessage.

It is very much easy to know if someone is using iMessage on it’s iPhone as the message which you are typing or trying to send will be blue in color. If the color turns green, then it means the person is not using iMessage.
