So you have a new phone but facing the problem of airtag did not transfer to new phone. So I’m here to explain to you how you can fix the problem and connect your apple airtag to your new phone.
First, I want you to know that Apple airtags work with a user apple ID.
This means that if you are using the same apple ID on your two devices or your two phones, both the older phone and the new phone should see the AirTag.
There’s absolutely nothing to transfer.
Airtag did not transfer to new phone
For an apple airtag to be transfered to a new phone, first you must remove the AirTag from the previous phone, and then transfer it to the new phone.
However, I don’t see the reason why you’re talking about airtag did not transfer to new phone if you own the two phones, that is the old phone, and the new phone.
Aa I said earlier, Apple airtags work with apple ID, this means that if you have an iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and an apple watch and which they are connected to the same apple ID, you will see your airtag in these devices.
Even if you paired or connected the AirTag to your phone.
Now if you happen to buy a new iPhone, and which you used the same apple ID on your new phone, you should definitely see the AirTag in this very new phone.
As long as you are using the same apple ID on your old iPhone, and your new iPhone, you should definitely see the AirTag on both devices.
So you doesn’t necessarily have to bother trying to transfer the AirTag to your new phone.
